He is. I am. I can.
Marcus's story began on the mission field, where he was born in Nicaragua. As a young boy he lived there while his parents, Loren and Mildred Triplett, served the Lord as missionaries β traveling by muleback and backpack into remote villages to carry the Gospel to unreached people groups. That early heritage of faith and fire has marked every day of his life since.
Janette's story began on the mission field, too, where she was born in Malaysia. As a young girl she lived there while her parents, Delmar and Eleanor Guynes, served the Lord as missionaries β helping establish the Bible School and plant Calvary Church International in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. That early heritage of faith and fire has marked every day of her life since.
For nearly five decades, Marcus and Janette Triplett have given their lives to the Gospel of Jesus Christ β from the streets of Bariloche, Argentina, where a price was once put on Marcus's life for boldly preaching the Good News, to 50+ nations across the earth. Through persecution, threats, and trials that would have stopped most people, they have pressed on β and seen thousands saved and countless miracles, healings, signs, and wonders.
But it was in the spring of 2008, standing broken in their kitchen after years of crushing hardship, that Marcus came to the very end of himself. Exhausted and empty, he whispered, "I don't have faith." And in that moment of complete surrender, the Holy Spirit gently whispered back the revelation that would change everything:
Out of that struggle β and that victory β a message was born. It is the same message Marcus and Janette carry to a new generation today: that you can know exactly who you are in God, and live your life fully surrendered and on fire for Him.
